The people are very friendly. This woman proudly told us that her cousin lives in the United States.

Besides the cool keystone, this photo also shows that all the electric wiring is on the outside of the buildings, since Bocchignano was built before that wonderful invention.
Inside this open door we found a delightful 88 year old woman repairing a chair.
