He had purchased larger nets so they didn’t need to be moved as often.

Shriveled olives hold as much oil as non-shriveled (the later in the season they are harvested the more shriveled they become - less water retention).

This is Elder and Sister Perticaroli (Bro. Guidara's in-laws) who served us lunch in their home.

Not too far from the Guidara's is the largest/oldest olive tree in Europe (the website says the world).

wow..love the beautiful weather you had..and what wonderful photos...oh I miss homemade olive oil and real italian food..we lost power last night and had a big wind storm and they say another is on the way..;)do you miss this?..have a great week..and his hair looks good...:>)
